Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://roofinspectorgreeley.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Level29 Roofing markets and arranges Roof Repair, Roof Inspection, Roof Leak Detection, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Debris Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Level29 Roofing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Level29 Roofing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Level29 Roofing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Level29 Roofing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Level29 Roofing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.
Updates. Level29 Roofing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
